RSS Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat ji said by involving ourselves in service activities and making it as medium to bring social awareness as advocated by Swami Pranavandji, will strengthen the Hindu society, and this strength will help us to overcome all the obstacles. While working to strengthen our society we should not expect any rewards from government. By such actions only Hindu society will be stronger thus sending a message to the world.

Bhagwat ji was speaking on the closing ceremony of Viraat Hindu Sammelan, organised by Bharat Sevashram Sangha on the occasion of its centenary celebrations in Vasda, Gujarath, on 31 December, 2016.

Sarsanghchalakji added that the teachings of Acharya Srimat Swami Pranavananda ji Maharaj, the founder of Bharat Sevashram Sangha Yugacharya are significant for us even today. In Sangh, every morning while reciting Ekatmta Stotra we remember his name.

We are all Hindus who live in this vast land spread between Himalayas in the north to the sea in the south, irrespective of sect, caste and religion. Unfortunately, we do not remember it. Due to this, the Hindu society is in crisis in its own country. The land where our ancestors established lofty ideals is our motherland, he added.

Sarsanghchalak ji further said our ancestor Shri Ram set ideal of valor by killing Raakshashaas with support of vanavaasis. Today, Pope proudly proclaims that they have converted people living in three continents, and now its Asia’s turn. But those who Christianized three continents in last 1000 years must remember that in spite of their ceaseless work they could convert only 6% of Indians.

Ironically, the present situation is such that churches in their own country are being sold, but they are trying to convert us here in India.  Our culture is Satya Dharma and Sanatana Dharama and we never tried to convert anyone in any country.

Ours is Sanatan culture and its stands on ideals of truth and valor. We need to become good, indelible and honest Hindus and make world a better place. We are all Hindus and will remain as Hindus forever. China calls itself secular, but will it give citizens freedom to become Christian? No. Will Middle-East countries let it happen? No. They now think India is the place, he noted.

Shri Bharat Sevashram Sangh, International mantri of Swami Vishwatmanandji International, Swami Ambareeshanandji Maharaj, Internationa Sah-Mantri, Swami Santprasad Maharaj of the Swaminarayana Mandir (Halol-Kallol), Prince of Vansada Jayveerendra Singh also addressed the gathering of Viraat Hindu Sammelan.

Gujarat Prant Sangh-chalak of RSS Mukesh Bhai Malkan, Prant Karyavaah Yashwant bhai Choudhary and 50 thousand vanavaasi brothers and sisters also participated in this summit. This event commenced with the cultural programs enacted by our vanavasi brethren.
