A group of Jihadhi hooligans wearing masks chased Shri Shyam Prasad in a car and hacked him down post closing on him.A grievously injured Shyam Prasad tried to take refuge in a nearby home but was chased and hacked to death.  The Jihadhi goons remained in the area and retreated only as the labourers started gathering in large numbers.
As the gruesome murders continue, the administration is a silent onlooker due to interference of the Communist party ( CPM ) on government machinery.
