VHP takes out rally to save sanctity of Tirumala, submits memorandum to Governor

Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) has submitted a memorandum to Sri.E.S.L.Narasimhan, Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, in RAJBHAVAN , Hyderabad on Saturday, requesting him to safeguard the sanctity of Tirumala Tirupati.

The VHP delegation also requested him to remove Sri Putta Sudhakar as the TTD Board chairman and JEO Srinivasa Raju, citing several allegations of supporting non-Hindu activities in temple city. They also informed about the anti Hindu activities of Chandra Babu Naidu Government to the Governor.

During the meet with Governor, the VHP delegation raised and brought many important issues to his notice which were heard very patiently and responded positively and assured the delegation that he will be taking all the necessary actions to preserve the sanctity of the TTD.

VHP also urged that Governor to see that TTD gets the status of a special autonomous spiritual centre.

The organisation also alleged that the major temples in AP have been turned into political rehabilitation centres for leaders.

The VHP delegation includes Sri Vidhya Ganeshananda Bharati, Mata Nirmala Yoga Bharati, M. Rama Raju, V. Surender Reddy, M. Gal Reddy, Sunder Reddy, Ravinuthula Shashidar.

Earlier to this VHP organized a Chalo Raj Bhavan rally from IMAX theatre to Rajbhavan in Hyderabad.

Along with the delegation team, Mukesh Kailash, Jeevan Kumar, Chintala Venkanna, Damodhar Shetty, Subbaramaih, Raghavendra, Krishna Reddy. P. Venkateshwar Rao, B. Ramesh, Ravindra Yadav, Venkatesh Gupta, Ale Nagesh and other have participated in huge numbers.
